On August 12, China Bester Group Telecom Co.,Ltd. held a work meeting for the first half of 2019. The meeting comprehensively summarized the work in the first half of 2019 and made arrangements for the work in the second half of the year. The main conference venue is located in the conference room on the fourth floor of the company headquarters; there are also five branch conference rooms: the conference room on the fifth floor of the company headquarters, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Xi'an. The sub-venue took the form of video conference to participate in the conference. A total of more than 220 people from the leadership team of the group company, members of various regions, business units/offices, functional department management cadres, subsidiaries, and some project department managers attended the meeting.

The meeting was presided over by the chairman of the group, Mr. Li Liubing. The management separately reported on the group company¡¯s operations in the first half of 2019, market bidding and contract completion, production quality and safety, post-assessment and complaints, etc., and passed various data aspects. To compare, summarize the company's operating results in the first half of 2019, analyze various problems in the company's operations in the first half of the year in combination with specific cases, and put forward reasonable suggestions for improvement in a targeted manner.

At the meeting, Mr. Li Liubing, chairman of the group, analyzed the current situation of the country and the industry from five aspects: national development and reform, 5G national development strategy, Sino-US trade war, and the pressure faced by operators, and combined the actual development of the company and management reports. According to the situation, work arrangements for the second half of 2019 will be made. It is required to optimize resources and improve efficiency, implement the company's quality policy; deepen regional business capabilities, and maintain steady growth in the main business.

The meeting arranged group discussions, fully discussed the amendments to the main system, listened to the opinions and suggestions of the participants, and improved and supplemented the relevant systems and assessments.
